Set yourself realistic fitness goals, aim to be more mindful when it comes to what you eat/drink. Nobody is perfect, I prep food sometimes and end up having lunch at McDonalds. However, I’m always mindful! Make the effort to check up on yourself daily, “how much water have I drank today?”, “did I get a good nights rest?”, “how nutritious was my last meal?” “How much fast food have I eaten this week?” “Have I eaten enough veg?” “Do I really need to eat this whole packet of biscuits?” it’s the small habits that create the lifestyle 💪🏽✨🔑 💁🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️ ... .

I do have body image problems, but I don’t let them control my life ✨ I prepped for 24 months straight, so washboard abs and minimal body fat was the norm. Despite the opinions I kept on working them shoulders lol.. Adjustment has been hard at times, but I love this skin I’m in, whatever the changes ... tbh nobody cares about how much body fat I do or don’t have. I could do some cardio tbh, but until then, full enjoyment! Again... despite what anyone thinks 💪🏽❤️🙅🏽‍♀️✨😘 #lovetheskinyourin #flawsandall

Why you should train back? ...
* Targets common weak spots which lead to poor posture. If you work an office job, and seated all day, most get into the habit of rolling the shoulders forward. Hunch back is not attractive ladies! ...
* The “hour glass” illusion - building yourself a strong back, creates a great taper. Your waist looks smaller, girl you gon’ look more curvy.
* Your back muscles are involved in most things you do, it’s important that they can handle the work. Whatever it is you do day to day.

So here’s some of my favourites 😊 I did 5 sets of each exercise, starting from 25 reps and finishing at 12-15 and 8 on the heavy ones. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
(Ladies don’t worry, it’s cool if you don’t want a back like mine, its all about balance. As you learn about fitness you’ll know what to do. It’s not an overnight thing, FYI I took me 2 years to build this back lol)
