Chin woman in the streets of Mindat, Myanmar. Nowadays, the culture of ming, the facial tattoos, is slowly dying as younger women do not wish to get their face tattooed like their mother and grandmother used to, as a sign of beauty.
There’s beauty everywhere. Even in dead things.

Only 2 photos posted on here since the beginning of the year. Let’s try to reactivate this account and share some unpublished work from the last few years and travels, in a very minimal way. That’s enough words for today.
Bagan and its 3,000+ temples and pagodas left. Truly a place that needs to be seen once in a lifetime. I've been dreaming to go there for more than 10 years, way before I even thought becoming a travel photographer. Eventually, that day happened a couple of weeks ago, on an epic 3-week journey across Myanmar. This country has changed me, as it was my first people/culture-focused photography trip since I've started to travel, and I cannot wait to share more of this place and its people soon with you. Shoutout to the folks at @deuter who equipped with their new Futura backpack and its Aircomfort Sensic back system for maximum comfort and ventilation, a lifesaver feature especially in places like Bagan where temperature can climb over 40°C in the summer!
