So a year ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I thought my life was over...like it was all down hill from there. Boy was I wrong! Being a single mom of 3 with a full time job (that comes with lots of overtime) I had an excuse for everything. This year I decided it was time for me to make time for myself. I stopped making excuses and started paying attention to what I ate at first and lost 17 lbs in the first month (January)! I didn’t start going to the gym until April of this year. These two pictures are only 4 months apart and only show a 10 lbs difference! 😱 Not only do I look better but I feel soooo much better. Shout out to @getfitwithashley_  and @vanessaleeflores  for inspiring me to keep going when I felt like quitting! They are AMAZING!
