Kokosmilch und Kurkuma geben diesem äußerst leckeren Gemüsetrio aus Spitzkohl, Möhren und Süßkartoffeln eine fernöstliche Note. Als Partner macht sich Hähnchenbrustfilet mit Rosmarin ziemlich gut. Super einfach und schnell gemacht. AIP und histaminarm. Zutaten: 1 kleiner Spitzkohl (ca. 600g), entkernt und in Streifen geschnitten 1 mittelgroße Süßkartoffel, geschält und gewürfelt 3 Möhren, geschält und gewürfelt Kurkuma Meersalz 200 ml Kokosmilch 250 ml Wasser Öl Kochzeit: 25 min Etwas Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und das Gemüse darin ein wenig anrösten.
