One avocado is one avocado, right? Wrong 🤷🏼‍♂️ quantity matters! . This is just one example of one small piece of food that can rack up calories depending on weight and size of foods. It’s extremely easy to go from calorie deficit (where you’ll lose weight) to calorie surplus (where you will gain weight) by making this easy mistake just a couple of times per day. Measuring your food is so easy once you can into the habit of it. How can you manage something that’s not being measured? . This is definitely the most common mistake I find with people trying to drop body fat. You can train your ass off all you want, but if you are not in a calorie deficit, your training doesn’t mean shit and you will not get lean, I cannot put it more black and white. With that being said, grab some scales, and budge past the tedious task of measuring foods, it’s a small thing to do for such promising results!
