When you are hungry, feeling fatigued , feeling sick and like you have zero energy, and the last time you ate was 12 hours ago , due to your IF schedule , it’s not nutrients your body is craving . It’s energy. Calories . .

Kill two birds with one stone and choose a meal sufficient in calories , (you know , to actually fuel your body) and one packed with goodness. .
