What an excellent mountain stroll out here in the PNW, we couldn’t ask for anything more. TURN IT UP TO 11! ©2019 Beagle Brain

⏸Sometimes you have the press the pause button… and then eventually you find your way back to the reset button🔄⁣⁣
⁣⁣
These past few weeks I allowed myself to press pause.⁣ Surely you’ve noticed I’ve been a bit MIA here on the gram.⁣ And to put things simply (which they’re not)… I’ve been challenged, I’ve been stressed, I’ve been overwhelmed.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Between my M-5, 8-5 job, blogging, brand collaborations, getting ready to move, my newly found love of teaching yoga on top of practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family and the inevitable moments of sleeping, cooking, and taking a moment to breathe… I have been beyond busy.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So, without even realizing it, I pressed the pause button. I took time away from things that weren’t a priority and it felt so good.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And just so we’re clear: I’m not complaining, I’m not ungrateful. I’m not sad. I’m not asking for pity.⁣⁣ I am BEYOND grateful that I have the ability to do all these things. I am so lucky to wake up each day, knowing I have something to do, people to interact with and a purpose to live.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And I am just as grateful that I have allowed myself to take a rest, take a moment away to reset.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After this weekend away at the beach, I am feeling refreshed and ready to jump back into things.
