Oats are a great source of slow-release energy and filled with fibre! Did you know that 1 in 10 adults doesn't get enough fibre in their diet?

Fibre not only makes you feel fuller but it is vital for your gut bacteria to do there thing! (We won't get into all the details) .

There are two main types of fibres soluble - these are your fermentable fibres which absorb water 💦 - such as oats which due to the beta-glucan property have been shown to have effects on reducing cholesterol .
Insoluble fibres tend to help generate that bulk! To help prevent constipation and promote a healthy gut - pulses (lentils, beans) - root vegetables, in particular, the skins of veg and fruit .

To co widzicie na zdjęciu to jest absolutne niebo w gębie. A wykonanie trwa mniej niż 5 min. 3 składniki, które są widoczne na zdjęciu, ale po dokładny przepis odsyłam Was do @martanofilter (musicie skrolnąć trochę do dołu, zdjęcie kulek z żółtą ramką).
Za to ja pokusiłam się o wyliczenie kaloryki, na proporcje podane przez Martę: 322 kcal, z jednej porcji wychodzi ok 5 kulek, 1 kulka to 64 kcal. 
Dużo czy mało to oceńcie już sami, ale warto, naprawdę 🤣
Za pierwszym razem jak je zrobiłam to niestety nawet nie zdażyły zostać uformowane w kulki, bo już zniknęły w mojej gębie.

Moja dieta pudełkowa hula sobie w najlepsze, dziś miałam ze sobą 3 pudełka żarcia: lunch, obiad, przekąska 🤔 
Oczywiście skoro detoks cukrowy, to detoks cukrowy. Więc dietę zaliczam do udanych.
Trening ja dziś zaszalałam z całym Bikini, rolowanie, bo @zycie_jest_proste mobilizuje, żeby działać codziennie i yoga 😋

Już po poniedziałku to prawie jakby był piątek, prawda? 😍

RECEITA DA JUJUBA

Paste de amendoim caseira. 
Você vai precisar de: 
500g de amendoim torrado sem casca e sem sal 
1 colher de chá rasa de sal 
1 e 1/2 xícara de chá de açúcar 
Óleo vegetal 
Como fazer:
Coloque o amendoim no processador ou liquidificado até bata que vire uma farinha;
Acrescente o sal e açúcar e bata novamente para misturar;
Com a tampa do processador, ou liquidificado, aberta, vá acrescentando o óleo aos poucos até atinja a consistência de uma pasta.

Está pronto! Rápido e saudável
(Eu gosto com os pedacinhos de amendoim, mas você pode bater até ficarem completamente moídos)

It’s happened. I’ve finally discovered my love for figs! Yes, I loved the sweet strawberry/banana combo, but I could not get over how good the figs tasted on this piece of toast!  I topped this @canyonglutenfree  bread with peanut butter, @stonyfield vanilla yogurt, figs, honey, chia seeds & pumpkin seeds to make this mouth watering masterpiece! I cannot wait to make it again!! 🤤
