Had my very first 100% Raw powerlifting meet this past weekend @ thehubpt . Even though my bench didn't go as planned, I am still very happy with my results. . . SQUAT *National Record and PR* 192.5kg/424.4lbs . . BENCH *National Record* 126kg/277.6lbs . . Deadlift *PR without straps* 160kg/352.7lbs . . Wilks score of 406. . . Awards for: 1st place overall in light weight mens Best rookie of the morning . . It wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't from the support of my team @ generationsstrength and coach @ jdg573 just putting numbers in the board and not telling me what they are. I am very happy with where my squats got after the numberous injuries I had to deal with. There would be no other group of people I would wake up at 7am on the weekends for. Since I found out that I can actually deadlift like a normal person. Time to get that up! . SPECIAL thanks to my wife @archivesofhumanity for putting up with my bitchy, emotional and food deprived self while I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks to get into my weight class. . .
