Meal Prepping Day/Mostly 🌱 Vegan -The only dairy product that I still consume is cheese 🧀 🐭...I plan to give it up some day. Overall the food I consume on a daily basis is approximately 85% vegan. Fruit is loaded with all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.⠀ ~⠀ NOTE: Fruit juice is not a whole fruit. [M E A L • P L A N N I N G] Setting up my grocery order today, to be delivered tomorrow morning so I can be sure to ROCK my week. Today one of my clients asked me how it is that I manage to do SO much. She was pretty amazed at the fact that on top of managing multiple businesses and being mom, I’m also the primary care taker of the little one and home, AND nourish myself well. One of my secrets is delegating all I possibly can. Like groceries. I COULD spend the time and energy to travel to the store and meander for a while with my 3 yr old and spend way more money than I have to and get side tracked 100 times, OR I can carefully meal plan my week with my favorite cookbooks, then derive a grocery list JUST from that and order it to arrive tomorrow after I’ve had time to clean my fridge and make room for all the food. ❌ No driving anywhere in traffic. ❌ No overspending ❌ No excess food that goes to waste ➕ More time to take care of my home ➕ More time with Santi ➕ More time to focus on my business This is one of the BEST life hacks I’ve ever done.
