I don’t know about you other #quants out there, but for 80% of my data science work, I use #r (the statistical programming language) in the #rstudio IDE. It’s ridiculously powerful and it’s also more user friendly than #matlab and especially #java. Data preprocessing in the #tidyverse is my jam! And it can make really dope #datavisualization and report text seamlessly integrated together for your formal reports. It handles all the #machinelearning #algorithms you would need on the daily. The only thing it doesn’t handle is if I get funky and model the problem with an #artificialneuralnetwork for that I do #pythonprogramming #datascience #predictiveanalytics #coding #technicalanalysis #algebra #statistics #math

Assim, ao usar métodos baseados em Deep Learning, cientistas de dados, engenheiros e desenvolvedores de softwares têm conseguido ótimos resultados em diferentes aplicações: visão computacional, reconhecimento de voz e especialmente processamento de linguagem. Dessa forma, utilizando-se de várias camadas de processamento de dados não lineares, os profissionais do ramo estão obtendo uma representação complexa e abstrata dos dados de forma hierárquica. Ressalta-se que, em uma rede neural, temos basicamente temos 03 figuras: input layer (camada por onde a rede recebe os dados); hidden layers (camadas que usam funções não lineares tais como Rectified Linear Unit - RElu, tangente hiperbólica - tanh e etc. para identificar padrões contidos nos dados do input layer); e, por fim mas não menos importante, o output layer (layer que, em um caso de reconhecimento facial por exemplo, irá ter um valor entre 0 - 1 que dirá a probabilidade dos inputs serem de fato um rosto ou não).
