It's like McDonald's and Wendy's had a keto lunch baby. 🙃 . Sausage and Egg with havarti and my Frosty Imposter Smoothie. 🧀🍳🍫🥛 . I fried up a Greenfield sausage round (found at @costco_canada with 0 net carbs!) and an egg using a WELL greased Mason jar lid. Then made my current fave smoothie. It tastes JUST like a Frosty -- recipe is in my Highlights. 😋✌

Want some waffles without the guilt? Try these protein waffles! They are so easy to make and have only 2 net carbs. Ingredients (makes 1 serving): - 1 serving of protein powder (i used vital proteins collagen peptides. When i used whey yesterday during testing, it came out dry. Still ate it tho 😂) - 2 eggs - 1 tbs cream cheese *optional add ins: Sweetener, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, SF Chocolate Chips. Topping: - 1/2 Tbs Butter - 1 Tbs SF maple syrup (i used Lakanto) Directions: Mix together & Pour in a greased Waffle Maker! Macros: 302 cals|30g protein|18g Fat| 2 Net Carbs
