Making school lunch season is back! Confession? I’m kind of dreading it 😣. I like to pack school lunches at night. My ☀️morning routine is way to important and I’m not willing to sacrificing my alone ☕️ coffee time to make lunches. I also like to keep lunches super simple. I’m not entertaining them...I’m nourishing them. But simple and easy lunches don’t have to be boring! I live by the 🌈 #eattherainbow lifestyle because I truly believe that life is more enjoyable when healthy is full of color AND flavor! Besides a more applealing palette, when you fill their plate with a spectrum of colors you are providing them with a combination of phytonutrients that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits! Sounds intensive? It’s not, I promise. Just stock up your fridge with a variety of fruits and veggies and get packing!
