I caught my reflection today and I don’t think I was prepared. A few weeks ago I’d never been so depressed with who I’d become. Even wearing a simple tank for workouts made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious. I looked and felt defeated. 🔅 🔅 🔅 Did I just give up and consider this my fate? No. No I didn’t. I knew changes had to be made, my health was suffering and my stress was sky high! So many factors. Well I made those changes I jumped back full force and I haven’t looked back. 🔅 🔅 🔅 So that reflection today was beautiful. It’s finally starting to look like me again. It’s super dreary and rainy here in Raleigh so I’m going to spend the night at the movies snacking on some awesome snacks!! . . How are you guys going to spend your Friday night ??

That moment when you finish the toughest workout you’ve done in a WHILE. But it also means you’re just 1 workout away from completing a 6 week program 💪🏼💪🏼 . WOAH. Honestly wanted to faint, puke or give up almost my entire workout this morning 🤣 But that just made me feel even MORE proud when I made it through until the very last minute. . This 20 minute program has been a game change for my mental & physical fitness. You may not think much can happen in 20 mins, but you’d be surprised. I can’t wait to share my progress photos with you! . Just 1 stretch & balance workout left to do tomorrow then we are D O N E! I am so proud of my challengers who stuck with me the whole way. I’m about to start sharing pictures, videos and recipes for eating healthy on a budget. I love food and I love snacking. In order for me to stay healthy, I need healthy snacks. I’m also on a tight budget and don’t care to spend a lot of time in the kitchen either. I’m finding recipes and transforming them into organic healthy foods. Always use a condiment😜 better safe than sorry amirite!?! 🤣 Cauliflower wings on repeat🙌🏼 This recipe may be my favorite and they’re vegan and gluten free👏🏼 👉🏼1 cup @bobsredmill Oat flour 3/4 cup of oat milk Garlic powder, onion powder, s&p I used @yellowbirdsauce To spice em up! Doused some in Serrano, some in siracha, and some in jalapeño 😋😋 They turned out so crispy and delish!! **tip** broil them after you put your favorite sauce for extra crisp👏🏼
