Sift in the remaining (dry) ingredients, then mix until just combined. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes, meanwhile, grease a frying pan. Spoon batter onto the pan, cooking on medium-low heat and flipping when bubbles appear. Homemade Everything Bagels!!! 🥯 I’ve been craving a bagel like crazy lately, so why not get creative & make your own 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t know why I always assumed bagels were some super complicated thing to make but this recipe calls for just 5 ingredients & was actually pretty easy! 🙌🏻 Mine look a little more like rolls because the hole in the middle isn’t big but ya know, it works 😂 Next time your craving a bagel- make these to have on hand to spread some peanut butter on, make an egg sammich or whatever other delish things you like to top your bagels with🥑🍳 Ingredients: 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour, 1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg white (beaten). Directions: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray parchment paper with nonstick spray. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt & yogurt. Mix until well combined. (Electric mixers work great otherwise you can just a fork as well). Remove dough & knead on counter a few times until dough isn’t super sticky. Divide into 5 equal balls depending on size you want & roll balls into thick ropes and join ends together to fork the bagels! Top with egg wash and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. Bake on oven rake for 25 minutes! Cool for 20ish minutes before cutting! P.S. this is not my original recipe I had seen it quite a few times all over the internet & wanted to give it a try! 😊 Original recipe is from @skinnytaste but you can find it a lot of places!! Next time i’m going to get creative with different toppings & see how they turn out! Now all you carb lovers....ENJOY ❤️
