NOW I know I said I wouldn’t buy #granola again because my homemade granola was just as good! Until mum introduced me to this @baskandco granola.... almond & coconut granola clusters that are vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free AND tastes like little clusters of Anzac biscuits πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Quick drive back home yesterday to do a couple gals formal makeup πŸ’„ annnnd now back to Brisbane I go because I work all afternoon | Seriously can’t wait for the the weeeekend - Sydney here I come πŸ’₯ Have a super productive Friday XO

I ❀️ SUMMER because of the different salads you can make -> pear, fetta & walnut / kale slaw / greeeek salad with olives or simply everything you have in the fridge & toss it all together πŸ₯• Instead of having just spinach as the greens base I also chop up heaps of baby cos lettuce for extra crunch & volume !! I ALSO ate a banana after this because carbs + sweet tooth πŸ™†πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ whenever I eat lunch I just have to eat something sweet after πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ | Xo #salad #summer

The best cooked oats take longer than 90 seconds in the microwave.. the secret to smooth, creamy & fluffy oats is cooking them on the stove with water then when the oats start to expand, add small amounts of almond milk & keep stiring 😼 this morning I chose to add some honey while cooking the oats on the stove. Topped with dairy free chocolate chips + one of my last mylk choc truffles + hemp seeds + buckinis + almonds 🌧 have an awesome Thursday XO

Bed of greens + chicken breast + carrot + corn + tomato + onion + pasta + feta πŸ’ƒπŸΌ with a big ol’ glass of kombucha πŸ™πŸ» Sunday night dinners are generally basic & range from scrambled eggs to soup to  nourish bowls πŸ‘†πŸΌ nourishing your body can be easy XO
