Breakfast! I make my chocolate chia seed pudding with ground chia seed because I hate the slimy texture of the seeds & also because I don't have to let it soak overnight - I can eat it right away! Topped with bananas & some cinnamon vanilla granola. I balanced out all that healthy goodness by accidentally dumping too much creamer in my covfefe. 🙄🙄🙄. But hey, it tastes great! 🤣🤣🤣

Les dejo esta idea de #desayunosaludable de la Javi @nitandulce_ ideal para dejarlo preparado la noche anterior 🌔. Mañana es sábado así que much@s van a poder disfrutarlo con más calma 🥰. .
Avena nocturna: Aplastar 1/2 plátano 🍌 maduro, agregar 1/2 taza de bebida vegetal 🥛 (o leche descremada), 1/2 taza de avena en hojuelas, esencia de vainilla o canela en polvo a gusto. .
En un vasito o bowl 🥣 poner un poco de #frambuesas , arándanos o alguna fruta que te guste 🍓🍏🍒 y verter la mezcla que preparamos anteriormente. Tapar y refrigerar por toda la noche. En la mañana 🌅solo debes agregar los topings que más te gusten! Yo puse un poco de mermelada #sinazucar y obvio la #granola más rica @da.oro de #maquiberry , frutilla 🍓, kiwi 🥝, plátano 🍌 y almendra 🤗🤤😋.

For cookies I’ll have a limited supply of the ultimate fan favorite, “Sacred Heart”-hemp hearts, strawberries, coconut butter, choc chips. I’ll have the brand new “Pachamama’s Got a Posse” with raspberries, plantain chips, dark chocolate chips, pepitas (pumpkin seeds) all in a dark chocolate cake like cookie topped with a pepitas/plantain chip brittle. I’ll also have “The Flowering Purple Peach”-Peach, blueberry, lavender made with local peaches and the infamous blue Cream Dream Base. “The Gangsta O’Love” with coconut 7 ways, chocolate chips, and chocolate chunks NEWLY REVAMPED with more coconut butter and a toasted coconut brittle on the top. And the, “Happy Healer”, local turmeric, cashew butter, coconut butter, cashews, and chocolate chunks. And “The LifeChanging Chocolate Chip Chunk” the best dang vanilla’y chocolatey Chip’y Cookie you ever did have, that is, just like everything else I do, VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/PROCESSED SUGAR FREE/SOY FREE/CORN FREE!!
