Finally moving back towards real squats today! I know it’s just a box squat, but I’m trying to train around my injured knee. There was a time when I would take 405 for a set of 10 to 12 without a box, but I’ll take this victory today. .

Still have a lot of time to go in this 8 week session but I tried my goal hack squat weight today. I got it 11 times when I want 15 so I would say my goal is doable and even go as far as saying I’m going to blow past what I originally planned. I’d have to give some credit to the redcon1 supplements that I’ve been taking. Been taking MOAB now for about a week and can definitely feel the difference in my strength and power. .
