There are many Chinese ways 🇨🇳of cooking asparagus. Today we will introduce you a simple and delicious Chinese asparagus dish: Garlic Asparagus! 😋💚 .
🙌Recipe: 👉Trim and blanch asparagus.
👉Cut asparagus into pieces.
👉Mince garlic.
👉Heat oil in a pan. When heated, add asparagus.
👉Stir fry the asparagus for 3-5 min until they become bright green and a bit softened, place on a plate. 👉On top of the plated asparagus, add salt, soy sauce and garlic to taste. 👉In a separate pan, heat some olive oil. Wait for 1 minute and pour over garlic-topped asparagus. You should smell the aroma of garlic+asparagus now! 😋
