Add 100ml of water to a large cup and add the chia seeds to it. Let the seeds soak in water for one hour, until gelatinous mass forms on its own. Add the rest of the water, as well as the lemon juice to the mix. Mix with a spatula for a minute, until the ingredients are well-incorporated, than add the honey for sweetness.

Consume a cup, or a glass, of this drink first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Do this for 3 days straight. Don’t be alarmed if visits to the bathroom become more common, as this drink is a potent diuretic.

Finally! The recipe for my homemade everything topping! This is the mix of seeds and nuts I use on pretty much everything- sandwiches, yoghurt bowls, ice cream, salads, oatmeals.. you name it! It’s not only really healthy due to the good fats and proteins but also pretty addictive 😉 You can switch it up however you like, it’s really great if you have some leftovers in your pantry - just toast them up and throw them into the mixture. EVERYTHING TOPPING 🥜✨ For the base you’ll need (no measurements - just add whatever’s in your pantry!): - white sesame seeds, toasted
- black sesame seeds, toasted
- hemp seeds
- pumpkin seeds, toasted
- almond sticks, toasted

- optional: cacao nibs, hazelnut pieces, chia seeds, buckwheat, etc.

Bahan:
1/4 buah apel malang
1/2 buah kiwi
2 buah stroberi
1/4 buah lemon
1 sdm chia seed
Air suhu ruang sesuai kapasitas botol/jar
.
Cara:
Rendam buah dengan larutan air + garam himalaya atau larutan air + cuka apel selama ± 10 menit (kecuali kiwi, kalo kiwi dikupas kulitnya)
Cuci bersih dan tiriskan
Iris dan masukkan buah beserta bijinya kedalam botol/jar yang ada tutupnya
Tambahkan chia seed
Tuang air
Diamkan selama minimal 6 jam, bisa di suhu ruang, boleh juga di kulkas
Minum pada rentang waktu 6-12 jam
Bisa diisi ulang airnya
Buah bisa dimakan, tapi tekstur sudah agak lembek dan rasanya hambar
Lebih dari 12 jam sudah tidak bisa dikonsumsi ya, ganti aja dengan yang baru
.
Oya, kalo mau manis bisa tambahin kurma ya, 3, 5, atau 7 butir, yang penting jumlahnya ganjil. Kurmanya bisa kurma apa aja.

Todays breakfast. I've not been able to exercise for the last couple of days due to illness but sticking to the diet as best as possible. Found these reduced strawberries so added to porridge with some vanilla soya milk, goji berries, sunflower seeds, linseed, flaxseed and chia seeds. Was actually a bit too sweet for me but still quite healthy. I'd usually have almond milk but had the soya to use up.

🔸Petit repost d’un bowl qui vous avez plu il y a un an ou deux en attendant les nouvelles recettes ...🔸ça fait du bien de couper d’instagram c’est fou 🙈
🌿Overnight oats avec la recette très crémeuse de la jolie @mail0ves. Il faut compter un volume de flocons d’avoine (j’ai mis 50g ici), un volume de lait de soja (ou autre lait-soit 115g) et 1/2 volume de compote de pomme (soit 75-80g). On mélange et on laisse reposer toute la nuit au frigo ou au moins 20 min.
🌿Le lendemain, on dispose ces petits toppings, ici : fruits de la passion, framboises fraîches, des figues fraîches, des graines de chanvre et de chia, des copeaux de coco, des cacaonibs et de la purée d’oléagineux maison. « Petits » ce n’est peut-être pas le bon mot 😅« maxi » toppings serait plus juste !!!! En tout cas on s’est régalé, cette recette est ma petite chouchoute du moment 😍

➡️PROTEIN - aim for 25-30 grams from various sources (milks, nut butters & seeds count!)
➡️FIBER from fruits, veggies & seeds. The problem with most of the ready-made smoothies/protein shakes on the market is lack of fiber.
➡️FAT - use a good amount! 1-2 Tbsp of nut butter, 1 Tbsp of coconut oil, or 1/4 of an avocado.

I’m also grateful to have these ingredients in my cupboards / fridge / freezer! For me these are some of the staples which I prioritise in my spending per month.

The ingredients super short. Personally, there’s no need to add any extra sweetness with honey or sweetener as the kiwi and protein powder (monkfruit sweetener) is enough!

Other side notes:
Eating the 🥝 skin on is no joke it has a purpose- it’s contains more nutrients and is an extra fibre bonus! Organic preferably as a result!

Serves 1: 402 calories
Want more calories - add more kiwi, extra scoop protein, nuts on top, mct oil or coconut oil or whole avocado!

Ingredients:
• 1 kiwi
• 1 cup frozen spinach
• 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (I went vanilla vegan)
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 cup coconut milk (2tbsp mixed with filtered water)

Served with
1 extra kiwi
Sprinkle of unsweetened desiccated coconut
Sprinkle of Celtic sea salt

Method:
1. Add all ingredients to blender
2. Blend - make sure lid is on
3. Blend for 2-3 mins
4. Remove to a bowl
5. Add the toppings or anything else you like.
6. Be present, grateful and enjoy!!!

So one of my clients sent me this lush smoothie bowl based on the meal plan I've provided to her the other day. She was used to fasting up until 2pm everyday but seeing little results.

We all know when our body fatigues, it fatigues. So we obviously we need to jump start that metabolism again, so I've introduced fruit smoothie bowls with a shorter intermittent fast, breaking fast at 10am instead of 2pm and closing fast at 8pm.

She's never tried one of these before BUT this has now become her ritual! Remember it's always great to breal fast with fruits to break down any acidic build up from the previous day. 
I'm looking forward to seeing her results in the next 6 weeks.

Chiapudding & berries ✨(Anzeige) den Vorabend zubereitet, ist es einer der schnellen Frühstücke. Und doch so lecker. Ihr braucht 6 EL Chiasamen, 2 EL Kokosjoghurt und 200 ml Kokosdrink. Ich hab noch einen EL Açaí reingerührt. Die ersten 10 Minuten mehrmals umrühren, damit es nicht klumpt. Und dann über Nacht in den Kühlschrank 😋 🌱 Chiasamen erhalten gesunde Omega-3-Fettsäuren und das mehr als doppelt so viel wie Lachs.
