My fitness routine right now??? ⭐️ • Well, to be completely honest with you, there hasn’t been much of a ‘routine’ and I’m okay with that! • Sometimes we don’t have time or we’re exhausted, or would rather see our friends and sometimes we just have a bit too much going on in our heads 💭 • I truly believe that sometimes you can be tired from uni or work, but if everything else is fine then you can still smash it in the gym... but other times not everything’s fine (even if it’s the tinieeeeest thing) ✨ • I have recently learnt that in these times, we need to take a step back, re-evaluate some things and be patient... and just have a little talk to yourself 💛 (or someone else, it helps) • Not trying to put a downer on your day but I feel like we can put too much pressure on ourselves sometimes when all we need is a little break 🥰 • A flower doesn’t bloom all year round, so give yourself a break every now and then ❤️ • Happy Tuesday hunnieeeees ✌️♥️✨ • Got my @b_ndstore bands readyyyy for action!! • @gymshark @gymsharktrain @gymsharkwomen @myproteinuk @myproteinwomen ✨
