Since I came to Australia, I've enjoyed having a coffee.
used to buy coffee at cafe, restaurant, petrol station etc.
All the staff gave me plastic straw and disposable cup at that time.
One day, I saw news that the Sea Turtle was suffering from plastic straw.
That is why I bought it.

PDG is pleased to have appointed tier-1 construction company @Probuildconstructions to build the first stage of Elizabeth North – our new commercial and mix-used project in Melbourne’s biomedical precinct. After having worked together on Abode apartments, we are thrilled to be partnering with this accomplished builder once again.

PUSH UPS
•
It’s one of the most common exercises, but also tends to be the one people butcher the most ... even when they think they’re doing it right. (Trust me, I would know. I filmed myself doing a set and found myself doing the head poke 🐢 Oopsie doops.)
•
It doesn’t matter if you’re doing them on your feet, on your knees or with your hands up on a bench, the same principles apply: 🍌) it doesn’t count unless you go all the way down, and 🍒) your body should be properly aligned.
•
👉🏽 The head poke: it looks weird and it reduces your range (half reps). A lot of people do this because they think “nose to ground”... it’s not wrong, just be aware of head alignment.
•
👉🏽 Sagging hips: aim to stay in a solid plank position the whole time.
•
👉🏽 Over pressing: once you’re up, you’re up; there’s no need to go upper 🙃 It makes sense that people do this because it acts like a short rest at the top. But don’t do it.

These are just a few examples of common push up mistakes. Unfortunately there are more. Another time, mayhaps.

Thank you @ambergracetan
