Veins of Mongolia 🇲🇳 Just go with the flow and allow yourself to not know where you’ll be going next. This is the spirit of this country. When was the time you truly felt free?

BOOM 💥 IT’S LIVE - my probably biggest project so far and also the most fun ever: I just pre-launched my first online photography masterclass. I’ve been working on it for months, literally day and night and I proudly present you: @followthetracks Mongolia 🇲🇳 You’ll learn everything from how to use your camera to how you edit your photos and how to build your own creative business! But there is so much more behind. In my masterclass I’m traveling along a certain route - and from 2020 you’ll be able to book your very own self drive adventure across Mongolia, exploring the county on your own, guided by the @followthetracks masterclass! Sign up now and watch the trailer! (LINK IN BIO/Anzeige)

Before we dive even deeper into more Mongolia adventures later today, here’s another memory from Iceland last year with @bensimonrehn and @olympuscameras. Can you spot the heart in the last frame?

Have you ever seen a nomad teepee from the inside? Welcome to Khurlee and Ganbaa’s home, the clan leader of the reindeer people of the Eastern Taiga. Northern Mongolia was definitely one of the most incredible places I’ve ever been. Could you live here? -

Imagine this mountain in your backyard. Kyrgyzstan at its best 🇰🇬
I just wanted to throw some thoughts in here. As you may have noticed, most of my shots in my IG feed are aligned and connected by using the horizon or other parts of the image to naturally connect to the next one. I started doing this exactly 5 years ago and it’s been a fun and tough time! It takes so much time to search through the archives in order to make my feed look pleasing to scroll through but most importantly I like how, by using this technique, landscapes connect which aren’t even on the same continent sometimes. A simple line that, from the very beginning, meant so much more to me than just connecting the shots. Back in the days I had the idea of creating an exhibition presenting every picture next to each other to show how everything and everyone is connected, all around the world. It’s a fragile balance which keeps the rivers flowing, the trees growing and the birds flying. We have to understand that we all, every single one of us, have an impact on this ecosystem and it’s our job to protect it. Let me know your thoughts whether my thinking makes sense or not.
