Water St. Cafe @waterstcafe is happy to partner with Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery @noble_ridge on Thursday, September 26 in their ongoing BC Wine Makers Dinners! Noble Ridge Vineyard Winery lays in the Okanagan Valley at the northern most tip of the only desert in Canada. The winery is named for the noble varieties of grapes grown and the ridge that divides the land on which they thrive. But this noble name is more than just a nod to the land. It’s a statement of values and a reminder of the hard work and dedication on which the winery was built. This stunningly bright Grigio presents flavours reminiscent of mandarin orange slices, poached Asian pears, and lemon meringue. The fruit is elevated by a refreshing and balanced acidity with a lingering finish that lives on well after the final sip. #sp. photo courtesy of Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery
I love the Guest House at Burrowing Owl and every time we stay there I wonder why I waited so long to come back. Probably one of the most relaxing stay away it’s possible to have. The suites are spacious and well appointed. Who can argue with a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for your arrival? @burrowingowlwinery
There was a lot of buzz about this @tinhorncreek Merlot at the @trialtowines Portfolio tasting and for good reason. Have you tried the 2015?
