A little disappointed with this result as I’ve done 2 exercise classes this week and been on plan all week 😞. Breakfast was oats with raspberries, blueberries & choc shot.
Lunch was off plan, a ham & cheese panini & crisps at Starbucks when I was out shopping.
Dinner was this yum salmon, grains & salad.

Doesn’t look pretty but man it was tasty. Fancied a pudding last night and still had a healthy B left, so had a mug cake, with piles of strawberries, some choc shot and heavenly whip! SO good and hit the spot! Bit nervous about sharing this #transformationtuesday pic, but I’m proud of the changes I can see already. Left is Jan, 2.5 months post partum, right is yesterday, 3 months later and 1.5 stone lighter.
